アハーンは、世界的企業ランキングである「Fortune 500」のランクイン企業の案件を数多く手掛けており、スキーム・オブ・アレンジメントを用いた裁判所の認可に基づく合併、ベンチャー・キャピタル、ディベロップメント・キャピタル投資、私募、非公開化取引、非上場企業のM&A取引に至るまで、あらゆるM&A取引に関する幅広い経験を有しています。KKRによる220億ドルでのFirst Data Corporationの買収、Lowe's Home Improvementによるオーストラリア最大の小売業者との間の数十億ドル規模のジョイントベンチャー、USGによるBoralとの間の25億ドル規模のアジア全域におけるジョイントベンチャーや、テクノロジーおよびエネルギー分野における買収案件を数多く取り扱っています。
