Blanca Puyol cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia asesorando a compañías nacionales y multinacionales, inversores y sus carteras de empresas, instituciones financieras, fondos de capital riesgo y venture capital en diversas operaciones nacionales y transfronterizas, adquisiciones, reestructuraciones corporativas y joint ventures. Representa a start-ups y a sus administradores e inversores en todo tipo de operaciones corporativas, fusiones y adquisiciones privadas y públicas, acuerdos de accionistas, escisiones y otros asuntos corporativos, incluidos los deberes y responsabilidades de administradores y directivos. También actúa como Secretaria del Consejo de Administración de muchos clientes del despacho.

Igualmente, asesora sobre las medidas regulatorias adoptadas por el gobierno español en relación con operaciones de M&A, incluyendo las autorizaciones de inversiones extranjeras.

Blanca ha asesorado a clientes de numerosos sectores como tecnología, fabricación, construcción, energía y comercio minorista. La experiencia reciente de Blanca se ha centrado en las telecomunicaciones, incluida la fusión entre Orange y Masmovil por valor de €18,6 billones, y la adquisición valorada en $432 millones por parte de Orange del proveedor de servicios de internet Ya.com de Deutsche Telecom AG.
